WELCOME!
![]() Margaret Cline Harmon
My life has been blessed by the ability to travel to many parts of the USA, Europe and Japan. Education and travel has influenced me in many ways, especially in my vision of the world. From my studies in college I gained an affection for architecture, furniture, and the fine arts. My travels were enriched by knowledge gained in the subjects of architecture and fine arts in the classroom and was transferred to my field experiences. I enjoy sharing my experiences through my painting.
To me producing art is liberating. Whether I work directly from a perceived subject, plaine aire, or abstractly, I am most concerned about the overall composition and formal aspects of the work. My colors tend to be bright and bold. Bright colors makes me happy and I aspire to convey that “feeling” to my viewers and customers. My goal as a painter is to inspire, not just reproduce a subject on a canvas. I like her colors bold with subjects drawn with large, generous form. I wants my original work to touch the inner impulse and passion of viewers. |
